I am from Nigeria, however I live in VA. I have been struggling with my weight for a year. However, I have lost 13 pounds since Aug 30, 2012.. I joined tob e among others who will understand what I am going through! Cant wait to share with you all! :carrot:

That's a good question! I don't know; once I get 200 and see how much belly fat I lost, I will think about my idea weight. I know for my height the doctor says I should be 120-13.
