Hey Chickies. I was on here a few years ago or so and after losing about 30 pounds or so, I am finding myself back and at my absolute highest weight. We have been through several health issues with each of the children and the stress has caused me to eat. ( and eat and eat and eat...) I am back and commited to losing this weight. I have been at it for about 3 weeks or so and I am already finding that I feel a bit slimmer in the face. I look forward to recieving advice and offering support and sharing in our weightloss experience.

Sorry to hear about your children but welcome back to getting the support you need to be healthy again! I have regained a good amount of weight after I had lost so much, so I understand how frustrating it is.
