Hello from a long time lurker!
 

Hi!
So I've lurked on this site for a few months now, but I have finally decided to post- and now is as good as time as ever, because I've reached the 20 pound mark! :D
I've seen all the great advice and support you guys give fellow members, and I could do with some myself!
My aim is to loose six stone -88 pounds- going from 16 st 12 to 10 st 12. I woke up one morning almost four weeks ago, and decided to whack out the bike,and do three miles. Then I thought "I might walk the dog the same three miles!" and I did- and I did it the next day...and the next day...and the next day! 2 weeks after I stared my daily six miles, (2 weeks ago) , I changed my diet-now I'm eating healthy! Apart from Fridays- I still do my excercises , but have some sweeties too-but I don't go overboard like I used too!I decided on my walk today that every time I loose 20 lbs, I'll order a take away that Friday. (I'm using that as motivation!)
But I know with the shorter days starting to hit, it's gonna take more and more motivation to go out, so I'm hoping you lovely folks can help me. My family have been amazing, (even my brothers!) , and I know they'll continue to be, but I'd like a support system that are gong through the same thing too-and from my lurking, I know you lot are awesome!
