Hi everyone!

My name is Elyssa and I'm new:o I fairly recently reached my goal after losing 100 pounds and needed to find a place for support as I continue onward to never going back to the way I was. This is my second time at losing an extreme amount of weight and this one better stick. This forum seems like an awesome one and can't wait to look around.

:congrat: That is wonderful super congratulations to you!!!! My main goal is 100 lbs so you have certainly come a long way! This forum is definitely pretty awesome and I know there are a lot of people who have lost significant amounts of weight who are successfully maintaining.
