New and Need it.
 

Ladies.. I am new to this. I need something. I feel so alone. I move 19 hours away from my dear friends. I have 4 beautiful kids here and 3 in heaven and my last lost was in March at 4months and I had gain 20lbs and some since and I just can't seem to do anything.

I think one of my eye opener was a picture my oldest daughter drew of me at a restaurant as a fat lady. I kept the paper put in my walk-in closet. I have started to exercise more (weights and intervals) and I need to go on a low-carb that seems to work the best for me.

But I lost my support system and I just can't seem to get it together. I found this site today and I have enjoyed reading your stories.

I am 36 at 185 and my goal is to be at 135 . But my short goal is at least 20 lbs by December b/c we go to visit my husband's family and they being Mexican are always telling me , I am fat and need to lose weight so I want to show them.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is certainly understandable why you are struggling.

There is a lot of support and encouragement here. You are not alone any longer.

Welcome Cecilia! There's nothing more motivating than family and little ones. Just make sure that you at least have their support as you start on this journey. Find what works for you and jump in to the convos :)
