I'm hopping on the bandwagon. I wasn't motivated to lose weight for my daughter's wedding 3 years ago. Wasn't motivated to lose weight for my son's wedding 2 years ago. But, the announcement of the expected 1st grandchild did the trick. I want to be healthy enough to be at his wedding. Went off Ambien (which seemed to decrease willpower and increase binge eating) and decided to commit to a diet plan in January. Have lost 38 pounds and 3 sizes so far! More to go! :carrot:
