Monthly Challenges/Weekly Weigh-ins
Hi, all,
I'm new here, and I'm trying to find a group to check-in with weekly.:carrot: Are there groups that do monthly challenges where members set goals and track progress weekly? Where can I find one that's accepting members? Or is there interest if there isn't one to start one? I was thinking of something along the lines of making goals for the month and then mini-goals for each week. We could check in on Mondays or whenever is convenient and keep track of the whole group's progress. Thanks! Tina |

I'm new too, and was real happy to find those challenges. I joined the 21-day challenge run by Jazzy Peggy, and the End of The Year challenge run by energie. The end of the year one has me the most excited because I could actually reach my weight loss goal by NYE, 2012, if I stick with it. The 21-day is interesting because that's about how long it takes to turn behaviors into habits. Falling back into old patterns has always been my downfall. I think a challenge like that just may make a difference. You will find them both, and many more, in the Chicks Up For A Challenge thread. Good luck! |
New to group
Hi all. I am new to the group and am hoping this forum will help with the support I need along my weight loss journey. I need to lose about 100 pounds and it has not been easy so far. If anyone would like to work together to lose weight just let me know. I welcome any support I can get and will offer all I have. I look forward to reading the forums and learning from each you who have been successful with weight loss far.:)
