Kristen's change with Insanity!
 

Hey guys my name is Kristen and I about a week ago began my Insanity challenge. I've tried diets and other exersice programs, but nothing ever seemed to work. I saw this dvd comercial and my boyfriend decided we should try it out together and man must i thank him for that because I am into week two and already down three pounds:hug:. However, with all this happiness I am still slipping up on the whole not eating right. I try and try to do good but I have quit the sweet tooth and not alot of support. My family is happy I'm sticking with this program, but it is tough and quitting seems very easy, but I want to push through this challenge and come out a healthier me. So I am here again on this website to find the support and help from others who are struggling or have struggled through weight loss issues and I hope that this really does help. So here I go :dizzy:
