Back again and ready to lose!
 

Hello everyone! My name is Ashley and I have been here before under a different username about 4 years ago. The last time I was here I was here because I had my first daughter. Now I am back because I had my second daughter on August 7th. I have already lost all my pregnancy weight but I am still 28lbs overweight and I'm here to lose it all and then some. Last time I was here I lost 50lbs, this time my first weight loss goal is 38lbs. Ready, set, go! :carrot:

What are you planning on doing for weight loss? calorie counting? WW?

Thank you! For now I'm planning to consume a higher protein diet and in two weeks I can go back to the gym so I will be doing that also. Hopefully between the two I can get back into shape. :)
