Just started Paleo today
I'd like to hear from others as to how this has worked for them.

Hello! I'm starting a whole 30 tomorrow. I did really well on the slow carb diet, then I sort of rolled off the wagon into really bad eating habits. I'm hoping that sustained avoidance of trigger foods, rather than a weekly indulgence will help me kick the sugar cravings. Best of luck with your journey!
