My names Tony , currently trying to shed a lot of weight noticed this forum had a section for mental health so i Joined up , I hope to God i can get some decent advice on here. My current diet is slimfast mixed up with a weight watchers diet. Once im accepted and i can post on the forums i will get down to the nitty gritty and type up my weight my goals and make a post in the mental health section , i suffer from borderline personality disorder as well.

Doing well so far , been on my diet for about 6 days , keeping my head held high and hoping to stick to it.
