Hi Everyone! My name is Natalie and I had a baby in October of 2011. I need to lose the rest of my baby weight.
In the winter, I did 1 month of Jenny Craig and lost 10lbs! Then due to the expense of it I had to stop.
Now I have 20lbs more to go. Thankfully, over the last few months I have been able to manage my weight well; not gaining much. Definitely not losing though
So now because obviously I have a hard time eating "healthy" I'm trying a new way of eating. Cutting half of your meal. I heard it gives fast/dramatic results as long as you don't eat out as much and you add in some exercise.
I have to do this though! I'm almost 170 and I used to be 135! My prepregnancy weight was 156. So my first goal is to get to 156.
