Welcome! I have been where you are right now. I can offer the advice to remember this feeling of how unhappy you are every time you need to make a choice. Whether it is a food choice, a choice of where to park, if you should really use that elevator, etc... You can do this, although it will require your total commitment. You will find great support and help here, so stick around and you will be wearing that goal outfit soon enough!
