Looking for some motivation! Doing insanity!

Hey guys! My name is Stefanie. I'm 26 years old and have a 2 year old child. I'm a nursing student, which means I have limited time for anything. I started insanity yesterday, and don't think I can do it today. I can't move!! I know I need to, but thinking maybe I should start with something more simple. Maybe do a different workout every night, and work my way up to insanity. I keep trying to tell myself it's only 60 days, but I don't know if I could survive those 60 days! I am going to start eatting better today. There is a lot of room for improvement. I quit drinking pop yesterday :carrot: but still not getting in enough water. I just need some help. I am currently 230 pounds and 5'5". My goal is 160 pounds. It's a lot to lose! I know I can do it, just need the motivation to do so!

You absolutely can do it. A friend of mine tried insanity and got so tired after just the first day. She was going to give up but then decided to just to do as much as she possibly could. Even though she didn't do it full on, it still helped her a lot and she lost a lot of weight after only 2 weeks of trying her hardest. I think she lost about 15lbs. Thats in only 2 weeks. I was shocked. Try to do as much as you can without pushing to the point of you not being able to do it at all. You can do it!! Just give it as much as you can until you can handle the full on program. Then when you think you can handle it completely, start from the beginning and i bet you'll see numbers that will make you very happy!! :) I think I might give this a try as well!! Good Luck!

Thanks! 15 pounds in 2 weeks would be AMAZING. I go back to school in 2 weeks and, lets just say my nursing scrubs probably won't fit very well! Guess I should do it! You're right. Completely worth it.

You definitely can! Another optin would do it every other day with a walk or something light in-between. It'll take twice as long but really the only downside. You'll still get all the benefits. I'm doing something similar as I didn't want to lose my running endurance. Stick with it either way I LOVE it and have definitely seen results.
