New Here / Doing Medifast
 

Hello, I'm Monda. Nice to meet all of you. I am starting today on Medifast. I have a bit over 100lbs to lose and Hope to be at goal by Halloween of next year. I have three boys ages 20, 16 and 10. I work in a mental health facility as a counselor. I look forward to getting to know everyone here and learning from your experience and knowledge base.

Good luck with Medifast! It's not easy, but it's simple. And as you can see by my ticker, it's absolutely possible to lose 100 pounds with it. :D

We have a very small group in the Medifast section, but I try to jump in and cheerlead at least a couple times a week.
