Maybe you just need some encouragement! Go to some of the threads you like to lurk in and get in the conversation. There is tons of support on this forum if you get involved. I am a regular in about a dozen different threads and it feels so good for people to ask how its going for me. Don't be shy about vocalizing what you are having difficulty with... diet, exercise, medical issue, binge-eating, etc.
