Hi New to Forum and Beck

Hey Everyone,
I just got the Beck workbook last week and I am at the point where I am trying to find two diet plans to work with, I am on a fixed income so free or very minimal cost is an important factor in which I choose. I am seeing a therapist and she is the one who recommended the Beck Diet Solution to me. Anyways I am glad to be here and look forward to reading thru the forum and learning more and making friends.

Neat that you've started The Beck Diet Solution and are selecting your diets.

We have an active group of folks who are following the Cognitive Behavior Therapy strategies of Dr. Judith Beck and use each other as Diet Buddies/ Diet Coaches over on the Beck Diet Solution Forum.

Thanks for the welcome, I have been having fun looking around and responding to various posts. I have looked at the section on Beck but don't remember if I have posted there yet or not :o I just bought a new scale because my old one is inaccurate, I went with the weight watchers scale and when I got on it I realized that I had *gained* 14 pounds some how :( it might be water weight but I dunno.
