Hi people!
My name is Litchi, 23 years old, 250 lbs and ready to lose 100 lbs! I used to be thin but certain changes in my lifestyle made me gain A LOT of weight (for example: living in France for 6 months (France = croissants, cheese, croissants, cheese, wine, croissants, cheese), going out too often with my friends and drinking too much beer, not eating enough fruits and vegetables) etc.
I want to come down to 150! I've been eating around 1200-1500 calories a day since last week, with a lot more fruits and veggies (almost 3/4 of my food for a day) and no more sodas and artifical juices. I don't own a car since I live in the center of the city, so I use my bike and my feet as much as I can. I also swim once in a while and do home workout since yesterday.
I don't own a scale yet, I'll buy one soon!
I am sorry if I make mistakes in english, my first language is french. I don't speak english very often.
