I'll get my profile situated after I get back from my mini-family reunion. Happy to have found you all.

I recently quit caffeine and sugar, and am working on the "Wheat Belly" book. I can't wait to get fully dug in and working on it. I'm twice the woman I used to be, and fully 75 pounds past my highest pregnancy weight. :( Enough is enough.

Also - I'm 54. I don't want to be old and lame before my time.

How do I find my previous posts?

Click Boopers in your Avatar.

On the page that comes up, click Find all posts by Boopers

Welcome to 3FC. It's neat to have a clear goal to get in shape before you have to think about getting old.

I can't. If I could find my avatar, I'd be able to click on all posts by. If I can't find at least one of my posts, I can't find my avatar.

Normally, top right where it says "welcome" followed by your name? Your name is clickable, and you can go to your profile page. I don't see a profile page link anywhere - and my user name is not clickable.

Go to the top of this page, there is a blue/purple line look across it and find Quick Links click on that and scroll down to My Profile click on that and you should find find all posts click on that and they should be there.

Where it says Welcome Boopers isn't meant to be clickable.

Your clickable name is to the left of any post you have made.
