Hello

Hi everyone. I just found this site and this is my first post. I realized a few weeks ago that talking about loosing weight and being healty was not working - I was actually going to have to do something! So I did. I started working with MRC and getting serious about making a real change. So far, so good but I can already see this is going to be a long road. I look forward to learning more from everyone!

It is a long road Pam but it can be accomplished. It takes dedication.
