Hi just a little intro... I'm 26 I'm currently 68kg and am new to dieting ... growing up didn't have too much problems with dieting but that's probably because I didn't care what size I wad... I Met my partner at 22 and I was 50 kg then... in the last two years I have gained a lot of weight... because of the strong history of diabetes heart disease and high blood pressure it's time for me to try to reduce my weight and I need your support. Another thing is I have never been sporty.. I'm very lazy... my aim is to lose weight and get healthier... hope you can all support me
