Hello everybody! I am new to this site I just found it yesterday. I am excited to be part of a forum. I have tried numerous diets but I always get discouraged after a while. I might end up loosing 20 pounds and then give up and end up gaining them back and a few more pounds. :mad: I think this forum will be of great help since I am looking for a support group. I would love to loose around 50 pounds. My plan is to eat healthier, eliminate cookies, bread and tortillas. Drink 1 gallon of water a day. And do some workout videos at home.

You can do it! just take it one day at a time! Ive been at this for a month, and I have NEVER in my life stayed on "plan" for a month. Ever. And I am thoroughly convinced that it is because of this website. Whenever im tempted, I Turn to 3FC, read a couple posts, and I always feel much better! Just keep going!
