Hello.My name is Angie.I came across your site while searching the safe way to lose weight while breastfeeding.I dont like putting all my business out there on FB or similar sites so I hope I like this one where I can ask questions and get support without all my family butting in :)

As you can see from my user name,I am a mommy to 4 great kids.My kids are 9,6,3 and 6 months.I lost 75 pounds prior to getting pregnant this last time(he is my suprise baby but very wanted).I need to get my butt in gear again and came here looking for advice.
