Devastated by my weight
 

I have not been on the scale in forever and today I went to weight watchers. I am 181.2. I have never been even 15 pounds within this weight. I want to curl up and cry. My boyfriend is in great shape - he never says anything but he must be disgusted by me.

Ok, time to finish the pity party and get going. I am 5'6 and have always been curvy even at 130 so I am going to make my goal weight 145. From there I will see how I feel.

This time I am going to do it!

Just wanted to say...I'm 5'5" and 181 would be a DREAM for me! I'm currently 256lbs from 353lbs - my goal is just under 200lbs. It's all perspective.

And dont be so hard on yourself. You ARE doing something to change your weight and your life. Be proud of taking those first steps! WW is a great program to follow. Good luck :)

Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure your boyfriend loves you very much. Look on the brightside, with him being so fit you can do things together.

Weight watchers has worked great for me. I used to weigh 456, and am now 213. If I can do it, anyone one can!!! You just have to stick with it. There will be ups and downs, but don't give up!!!
