New guy - HELLO! :)

I just had crumbed fish and chips with a coke for lunch, hopefully that was my last supper ;)

I'm 22 and I live on the north-east coast of Australia. I'm a guy, and I'm gay - but I'm single. Actually I've never not been single. I'm still not out, and I'm not sure why. I work in the mining industry - I work in a crew of 25 guys on shift work, all are straight - most are married/partnered. It's very uncomfortable when they ask about whether I 'got it in' on my days off, and talk about girls.

I'm getting off track.

I'm a bit over 6 feet tall, and I weigh 103.2kg according to my Nintendo Wii (that's 10kg more than I weighed in at the last time! :(). That's 227.5lbs. The Wii says I'm obese. NOW I FOUND ALL OF U GUYZ 2 HELP MOTIVATE ME 2 LOSE DA WEIGHT!!!!!!!!111111111111

I'd like to be under 90kg / 200lb. I haven't been under 90kg since Year 11 at High School. I'm a terrible eater. I love bread, and I love soft drinks - and it's not just what I eat but how much as well. It's really gross how much I can eat in one sitting. I plan on eat mainly fruit and vegies, and white meats and a little red meat. No bread products, and just drink water all the time. Hopefully my exercise will hopefully consist of a bit of walking/jogging, cycling, weights, swimming when it gets warmer, and tennis.

I've been overweight all my life. MY WHOLE LIFE. I know that it holds me back. I don't feel comfortable in social situations, I've cut off contact with most of my friends, I just don't talk to people at all. I just work and go home and stay home. I haven't been out for a night in months, or maybe even a year. I'm just so ashamed of myself.

So hopefully this gets me on track to a better lifestyle, healthy body and something resembling a normal social life. I don't know if this is what goes in your introduction or not, I guess it's a bit of venting on my part as well. But hey everyone, looking forward to seeing all of your progress and hopefully showing some progress of my own.

Wish me good luck!
