Another Newbie
 

Hi Everyonee
Today is day 5 on IP

So far its going pretty well. I'm really hoping that this really will be my 'last diet'. I've tried Atkins, Jennie Craig and WW in the past but can't seem to get past losing more than 10 lbs or so. I'm tired of being heavier than I should be especially since I am a nurse and worse teach people about diabetes.

I am hoping to get some support here as I am single and my closes friends live 6 hours away.

I figure if the advertising for IP is true - I could be at my goal weight in 105 days. I'm looking forward to the new slimmer me.

Had my first weigh in the other day - Happy to say I'm down 5.1 lbs. Can't recall any significant changes when I was getting measured ... except for 1 inch loss around my neck. That made me laugh.

Hope next week the loss is just as good .... Hoping to lose an inch or two around my waist or caboose.

Hello, Luba, I'm sending you good luck from Florida! I'm weighing myself every Thursday morning, seems like the best day of the week for me. Right now I've lost 7 lb over the last three weeks though it fluctuates a little, but at least it's going down. Keep posting on your weight loss, it's inspiring to me!

Yippee .... happy to say I'm 3.1 lbs lighter.

Also got my first 'have you lost some weight question from a co-worker ....
