One pound at a time!
 

Hi everyone! My name is Hayley, I'm 24 years old. I have a lot of weight to lose, like more than a whole person. I'm down 15 pounds already! When I was 21 I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and PCOS. I lost 74 pounds about a year and a half ago. I didn't do it for the right reasons or the right way and I gained it all back and then some. That really hurt! I was really embarrassed.

I'm so sick and tired of this weight holding me back. I'm ready to do this. I can do this! I WILL DO THIS!

Hey Blueeyedhay, I too have PCOS. It makes things rather difficult doesn't it?? haha. But anyway, it looks like you are in the right mindset, which is what is going to get you through this! good luck! you can do it!
