Where did my body go?
 

Hi everyone, my name is Jessica. I am a mother to 4 beautiful children and I am trying to get my body back. I live in Minnesota. I have tried diets before and I haven't been able to make it stick until ideal protein. I started IP 3 weeks today and I have lost 20 lbs so far. I cannot wait to be back to my pre baby weight and I am looking forward to getting to know you guys.

Woot-Woot!! 20lbs in 3 wks is AWESOME :carrot: Kudos to you for sticking with it. I know I have found that sticking with it is easier when you are losing for sure. I have lost a total of 25 and am still working on it! Where are you in MN, I am also in this big state of Minnesota. In a little town called Blue Earth. Good luck with your journey!!
