New here...
Hey everyone, I'm new here...
Name I go by: Reno Hobbies: Drawing, playing video games, photography Other: Just ask. About me: I've struggled with my weight my whole life, and I managed to get some of it off, in a bad way. I used to starve myself. But then I managed to quit, and now I've gained at least 10-15 pounds back, and I really wanna get it off before my very last year of high school. I've lost total motivation, and since it's summer, I've been lounging around watching anime, doodling, playing video games, and snacking on soda, pop tarts, donuts, etc. I really wanna get this weight off... I don't wanna look like I used to! Can someone please help me? I need some motivation, tips, help, etc...Anything helps!! |
Hey Reno! I'm Kathleen, it's nice to meet you. :) I also like watching animé and have lost weight in an unhealthy fashion. For me, it's always all or nothing... so I end up starving myself thinking I'll achieve results faster.
My advice, even though it's not inherently better to exercise the first thing you wake up, it's nice to get it out of the way... so you don't feel as guilty for playing video games/watching TV - and eliminating guilt helps with weight control, definitely! Good luck! |
