Ideal Protein Day 3!!!

  • First day on this site, its exciting to know there is a place for support!
Today is day 3 of ideal protein. Im just trying to look at things one day at a time and that seems to be working. So far i don't find it hard at all, just the planning meals part of it is a challenge. The packets they give us are actually really good. They even have chips!! lol (one of my weaknesses.) I find their chocolate bar not bad either. I can see growing tired of the foods quickly though.
    Anyone else on this diet??
  • Hello, Today is my first day in this diet. (well I actually started yesterday, but i gave in quickly) so, today is my full day on it. I feel much better today. About the food, I completely understand. I have been doing some research, about the different kinds of meals that you can do with each packet. For example, you can make cake, and muffins with the oatmeal or pancake mix. What I have planned to do is make meals out of the vegetables for lunch. I cant see myself eating 2 cups of vegetables with salad. So, my plan is to make a vegetable soup and a salad. That way i dont get tired easily. The secret would be doing research on doing different meals, thats my guess. ..Hope it works out
  • Hi and welcome! There is a section on here for Ideal Protein with lots of great people, come and join us!
  • Ideal protein week 5
Almost a week into it and I bet your doing great and seeing results.
I found that I have learned a lot about myself in the last 5 weeks...I prefer salt to sugar (who know) and the 'chips' are a life saver!
You will be amazed at how the days turn into weeks and a 5lb loss turns into 20!

The results are incredible...check into the success stories on the forum so many IP'ers with inspring results.

  • Hi There - IP day 3 for me today.
    Hi There,

Today is my third day of IP. I am so glad to have found others on the same program here. I find the toughest time of day to be the stretch between lunch and dinner - especially because I am cooking for my family. Looking forward to getting healthy and active.
