20 year old chubby mummy!!!!!
So I am a 20 year old single mom and looking for some support to help me loose the baby weight. I drink way to much soda and am not very healthy before baby I was 120 but now I am 185 and my son is a year and a half :( please please any one help me!!!!!

I'm doing it the old fashioned way since I am raising a baby alone. No money to afford gym :(:(

Trust me, that alone will help you TONS. Get used to having oatmeal (just regular plain quick oats) and if desired add raisins, seeds/nuts and brown sugar for breakfast. Healthy, filling and so cheap!! That alone might save you the money for the gym? Or at least a DVD fitness program (P90X is amazing, it's hard but I love it). |

Thanks a lot for all of your advice it is overwhelming to diet and I swear I don't even know how. I want my son to have a healthy mom and have a healthy lifestyle.
