My name is Denise, I live GA. I really would like to loose 10 lbs. I also like to have a glass or 2 of wine in the evening, so the 1st 2 weeks will be a little difficult. Praying for reassurance.

We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
