New Guy Here :-)
I just thought I would make a quick thread and say hi to everyone, I have been looking for ages to find a good motivating forum for losing weight and I believe I have found it. I look forward to getting to know the people on here, I started my diet and workout regime last week and managed to lose 6 pound (yay) I'm currently in week 2 and hope for another loss of some kind.
I don't know what else to put so I'll bring it to an end there. :D Thanks. |
