I just thought I would make a quick thread and say hi to everyone, I have been looking for ages to find a good motivating forum for losing weight and I believe I have found it. I look forward to getting to know the people on here, I started my diet and workout regime last week and managed to lose 6 pound (yay) I'm currently in week 2 and hope for another loss of some kind.

I don't know what else to put so I'll bring it to an end there.

It's always great to have another male on the site. There are a bunch of us, posting about. (It's not easy to tell gender by the Avatar's.)

Have you already chosen your eating plan and your exercise plan?

Thanks very much, I was a bit apprehensive at the start as I had a feeling that this might be a female only forum haha but thought I'd give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I look forward to starting my journey with you guys and girls.

My eating plan is protein, protein and more protein along with power 90 by Tony Horton and my own twist of extra exercise, so far I'm really getting into it and enjoying it but this isn't my first rodeo (unfortunately) lol.
