Hello, my name is Kam and I've been on this forum for a little while but never even tried to lose weight. I'm ready to start now though because I'm ready to see the new skinny me! Ive always had problems with my weight and realized it in 3rd grade when I discovered that my thighs kept rubbing together. From that point ive always been self conscious and could never wear cute clothes that I wanted. Now I can truly commit myself to weightloss because I finally have motivation that ive been lacking for years. I'm currently 210 and my goal is to be 145-155. I would love to be able to wear those skinny jeans and form fitting tops that my friends wear so I'm going to kick butt and lose this weight as fast as I can! Wish me luck
Kam, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
