hi my names helen and ive in the same boat as you girls lol and blokes but im doing the hay diet im really enjoy this diet never before have i found a diet soooooo easy and i feel great got loads more energy as im a mum of 3 three and need to tip top and on my toes.

I absolutely love your mind set. Too many times we as humans give up because we had a temporary blip, not realizing that it was just a moment in time and does not spell failure. You keep on keeping on, can't wait to read about your success!
