New this week
I started my journey in mid-december because I was having surgery on my foot. I lost about 20 pounds, and this through the holidays, and was doing great. Then I had my foot surgery and got into a car accident and I haven't been able to kick start my diet again. It seems like I get into a good routine and then something else happens and it's not just this time.
Sometimes, like this time, I am the biggest procrastinator. I cheat and then cheat some more and then tell my self I'll start again next week. I seem to be able to get back into the low 230's/high 220's and then I get stuck and it doesn't seem to matter what I do eating or exercise wise. I am hoping this site and these forums will help me get back to where I need to be. :dizzy: |

You will find a lot of inspiration here! People are so kind and encouraging here! I been trying to get back on program myself so I kinda know how you feel. Sometimes its just the baby steps that start us on our journeys. Good luck and much success on yours! :dust: |
