Hi Everyone!

Today is a new day for me.:) I have started with excercise and diet. And now I have found this wonderful site for support, because I have come to realize that I can't do this alone. I need advice, encouragement, and an occasional virtual shoulder to cry on.:hug: I look forward to learning from those of you who have fought and succeeded.
