Hi Everyone, I'm Mel. I'm a 26 year old mother of one who has decided to change my life. I'm currently an overweight, binge eating smoker and want to change my life for the better. I have high blood pressure, depression and anxiety issues and I hope to overcome these issues with a healthier lifestyle and a better body image! Let's hope it works this time :)
