I had an account here before, but I wanted to start fresh, just because really. We're allowed one do-over right? :P I know there's a lot of great people here and I hope to learn from all of you. My goal, like everyone else's here, is to be a happier, healthier person. I've finally found my resolve, so let's just carrot dance until we get there. :carrot:

I think carrot salsa would be good...

FYI... carrot salsa is so not good.. tried it once..BLEH!! The combination of spicy tomato mixed with sweet carrot equals grose..just thought i would add my two cents!

I like carrots dipped in salsa...does that count?
