Age 13. And ready for a change!
 

As embarrassing it is to say this I am 13 and my CW is 224 pounds. Also my height is 5'7". I'm ready for a change. My goal is 142-146 pounds. I play softball and volleyball. I also dance and do some basketball. I am actually good especially with my weight. I don't have medical issues but I am on the verge to diabetes. I want to change my life and I need help.!

It sounds like you're pretty active already, which is really going to help. Good luck with getting to a healthy weight. :)

I'm 17 and going through the same thing. Welcome! Sometimes I wish there were a support group forum for teenage members...I feel weird posting in 20-somethings!
