3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - Ready to Ditch the Extra Weight

Hello! I'm never quite sure what to say in these things, but here goes ...

I'm a 35 year old mom finally ready to reclaim my body. I spent most of my early adult life thin and fit, but when I was pregnant with my son I gained close to 50lbs. At first I lost about 40lbs of the weight, but due to a lot of life stresses I ended up gaining back over 10 of those lost pounds. I am an emotional, boredom and anxiety eater and have pretty much been eating my way through life the past few years. If it wasn't for an active part time job and chasing my son around I'm sure I'd be in it much worse.

My son just had his 3rd birthday, which was a reality check for how long it's been since I felt strong and fit. I'm very tired of feeling so uncomfortable and never finding any clothing that I feel flatter my currently lopsided, lumpy body. I've already started seeing health issues due to poor diet, not enough exercise or sleep and due to being "overfat" (as opposed to overweight). I'm ready to stop wasting my life feeling sorry for myself and get to work giving myself the life and body I deserve. My goals are to lower my body fat from 31% to around 20%, which equates to about 20lbs. Another goal is to get my body back to feeling well in hopes of having another baby.
