Ideal Protein Diet - Type 1 Diabetic
Hi! Am interested in knowing if there are any other Type 1 diabetics who have used the Ideal Protein diet and your experience. Am motivated to lose 25 pounds. Do water aerobics 3x/week and walk 3 miles 2x/week. Not a big junk food eater (now!), but need structure in my life when it comes to food AND managing diabetes. Have read the phases of the program and understand the concepts. Currently drinking 48 ozs of water/day. Just curious as to the success of any other T1s here. FYI: I wear an insulin pump.
