Determined 2nd Time Around

Hi, my name is Sharon. I was on the Ideal Protein diet a year ago and lost 30 pounds to look better for my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately, I had some family issues shortly after the wedding and did not complete Phase III and IV. Since then I have gained back all 30 pounds + 10 more pounds. :(
I am determined this time to go through all the phases no matter what and then be able to maintain the weight. At 5'2"" all the charts say I should only weigh 135 pounds. I am in mid-fifties and it seems like the weight just crept on. I am hoping to deal with my stress in a different way.
