Trying Again?
 

Hi Everyone ~

I've been doing this for what seems like forever. I'm at my highest weight EVER and once again reaching out for help. I won't lie I'm in full PITY - FEELING SORRY FOR MYSELF MODE! I have to be honest this time. The clock is running out for me. :(

Sorry for the dismal introduction - but it's really how I feel. I know I have to do it on my own but I'm desparate for help.

Good for you for picking yourself up and reaching out for help. I too am restarting for the millionth time as well but jumping online and asking for help is a step in the right direction. Good luck in getting things under way!
