Returning to 3FC

I haven't posted on 3FC in a long time. I've gained a lot of weight in the last couple of years, and now I want to start getting healthy again.

I'm a 33, married, have one son and work full time. DH is supportive of my weight loss, but I don't have a real weight loss buddy. I want my whole family to start eating healthier. I'd like to lose 70lbs to get to a healthy BMI.

I know I will find support here because this is an awesome site!
