Hello everyone - I have been on the Medifast program for 5 weeks today, I am down 19.2 pounds! While searching for recipes I found this forum and love all the recipe ideas using the MF products.
I am retiring at the end of next month, going on an Alaska cruise end of September, and I am determined to be at a healthy weight so I can really enjoy this trip! :carrot:
My husband is on the program with me and that makes it sooo much easier to plan the meals. It's going to be such fun trying all those yummy recipes that I have discovered - thank you to everyone who has shared!!
