had gastric bypass surgery about 10 years ago or so(330), lost around 100lbs...than platued for 6 years, took new approch to fitness through body building site and dropped another 70ish lbs but gained great tone, my hair stopped fallen out and my nails actually started to grown and be strong!

newly wed (this past valentines day) and got into a serious wife rut of eating garbage and doing nothing, gained most weight back (at 230ish now)

ready to get down to a 140 or less weight
