Hi All,
I stumbled across this forum while trying to find a place to buy Ideal Protein by the box. Over the years, I have been involved in a horse forum when I had horses, and a homeschool forum for the years I was a homeschooler... now I do neither and I miss that online interaction. You guys look like a fun group!

I help others lose weight on a regular basis in my daily job, but just like the cobbler's children have no shoes, I have a lack of discipline in taking my OWN advice... or I have had, up till now. I am on a "losing track" again and very excited. I don't like to think in terms of pounds, but I have at least 5 sizes I want to lose.

So happy to have found a new online forum place to hang out... hoping to encourage and be encouraged!
