Default Googled "Sick of being fat," and found this forum...

Hi Friends.

I'm Katy. Former marathon runner, fit person, energetic person.

Now, I'm still Katy, but with a lot less time, zero motivation for fitness, and 25 pounds tacked onto me.

Everything that has worked for me in the past just isn't cutting it these days. Weight Watchers, running, yoga, tracking, I'm just not there with any of it.

Yet I'm sick of being fat.

I know WHAT I need to do, but can't seem to get myself back on track.

Anyone else been where I am? HAve any tips to shake this?

Welcome! I'm new too and for me I've decided to go the old fashioned route and count calories, but do in by calorie cycling/zig zagging. This just means every day you eat a slightly different amount of calories to keep things moving in the right direction. I'm also using Slim Fast products for some of my meals because they're easy There's a ton of different ways you can go about losing weight and this site has great info/support! Just take some time and browse through the different weight loss options and one of them will jump out at you.
